Trying to decide where I want to go with this site. Ultimately it would be nice to get some ad revenue from the links, but I doubt anyone will click on them. I wonder how jaded most people have become to just ignoring them in the first place. I have a few friends that would probably click on them if they knew it would help me out, but honestly I don't really want charity so much as I wish I could develop an actual interest in something whether it be my photography or something else.
I've been considering writing a neat photo storage app perhaps in Perl or PHP. I do alot of Perl programming, but I need to get better at doing PHP and possibly even learn Python. I've been considering redoing the site again and making it a little more web 2.0. Firefox supports some really interesting CSS features that allow for rounded curves and what not. While I strive for keeping my sites W3C compliant, I'm only compliant in the transitional mode. I would really like to redo the entire site using the 360 grid system and making it W3C strict compliant. We'll see how it goes.
In the mean time, I've been playing Civilization IV, Star Craft 2, and old school Ultima Online. If anyone out there has never tried Civ IV I highly recommend going over to Steam and purchasing it. I have all the expansions, but just getting it without the expansions gives you a wonderful taste of the game.
I'm going to try to keep this more updated and fresh. Even if I decide to redo the site and add some more direction to it, I will try to keep the blog updated to at least reflect some things going on in my life.

This site has remained fairly stagnant. I am going to try to get on top of this soon. I'm considering another site rewrite and trying to figure out a direction of something I could possibly do to make this site interesting. I need an idea.

Welcome to the new trisight.net
I have tried to incorporate everything into this new site that I have wanted to share including my photography, poetry, and blogs. In the past I have used canned solutions, but I've decided I was tired of being limited by those solutions and wrote my own.
